Invite a realtor to check your home. In an hour, a professional in real estate business can give you lots of ideas for needed improvements. Even small suggestions, such as furniture placement or paint colors, can make a lot when you are improving the look of your property. Listen and be open to changes. 

* Inspect your property:
Hidden problems like deteriorating roofs or outdated electrical systems can negatively impact your home's value. Hire an professional to check out the areas of your home that you don't normally see. Small problems, like a hidden water leak, can become expensive headaches (for you and your tenant/buyer) in the future. A little investment now can save you lot of money later.

* Paint everything:

MOVING? HERE A FEW TIPS TO PACKING

Moving to a new home, flat or studio can be really exciting but also a very stressful situation.

No matter how or where you are moving, preparation and careful planning will make the process easier.

Here few tips to make it easy and  right:

* Organization is the key: Make a list of things that will be move, room by room. If you are planning to hire a moving company, the movers will work with you to put together an inventory. 

* Sell or  donate things that won’t use: Organize a moving sale, donate items to a charity organization or to anyone can possibly need it. Throwing things away is sometimes necessary. 

* Label all boxes: Ask for boxes in nearby stores, friends, neighbors, etc. Make sure you have plenty of tape, a bubble wrap to ensure your stuff arrives intact. Have all your boxes packed and labeled so all they have to do is pick up a box and carry it to the moving van. If you have a moving company already arranged they will come prepare with all the supplies.

Make clear descriptions in the boxes specially the fragile ones. Label with a destination such as “master bedroom” or “bathroom.” With organization you will avoid the frustration on moving day.

* Prepare a  FIRST BOX TO OPEN box: This is the most important box of all. When you move to your new place, you will need clothes for you and your family or partner.  A few towels, medicine if need it, a toothbrush, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. If you need something besides the previous things add it to this box.
